Rhiannon loves helping owners to develop a strong relationship with their dog, as well as all things scent based.  She teaches life skills and scent- work classes in Taffs Well.  She shares her life with 3 Border Terriers, Flossy, Chester and Teasel and also “borrows” her parents Chihuahuas on a regular basis !

Clubs and activities groups for the elderly can be extremely enriching. Taking part in activities can assist in keeping the mind sharp, the body strong and spirits high. So why not encourage your loved ones to join our group, there is a plethora of activities they could enjoy.

Loneliness affects many elderly people in the community. Getting involved in clubs and activities whilst interacting with other people can help Combat loneliness  in a positive way. Some older people can lose touch with friends and family or be stuck indoors due to mobility issues. Joining our group can help you get out there and enjoy yourself whilst connecting with other people at the same time.

Groups, luncheon clubs and old favourites like Bingo. The list is almost limitless and the centres exist specifically to meet the needs of the community.

We are are a community group for anyone aged 18 or over. We do not audition nor do we require members to be able to read music. We encourage a love of singing and music in general and promote the health benefits of being part of a very social group.
